- Spark is an exploration-stage company. No mineral resource or mineral reserve has been estimated for the Arapaima Project, and no economic analysis has been completed.
- Reported drill intervals are length-weighted downhole intervals. True widths are not known and may differ materially.
- TREO, MREO, NdPr, Ga₂O₃ and Sc₂O₃ values are in-situ analytical assay results. They do not imply recoverability, metallurgical recovery, equivalent-grade economics or economic viability.
- Individual high-grade samples are not necessarily representative of surrounding material or mineralization elsewhere on the property.
- References to a system, horizon, footprint, continuity, repeatability, zonation or deposit style reflect Spark’s current geological interpretation and have not been verified by a mineral resource estimate.
